ServicesGarage Cleanouts
Garage Cleanouts in College Park
When the car hasn't fit in years and the shelves lean under the weight, we clear your garage carefully. We lift the heavy pieces properly, keep a clear path for your family, sort what stays from what goes and leave a swept floor behind.

A cleared garage, done without injuries or damage
A garage collects what the rest of your home has no room for: old furniture, broken mowers, half-used paint, boxes nobody has opened since the move. Clearing it yourself means awkward lifts, sharp edges, stacked boxes that shift when you pull one out and the occasional wasp nest in a back corner.
Our crew does this work every week, and we start every job with the same question: how do we get this out without anyone getting hurt or anything getting scratched. That means two people on heavy items, gloves and closed shoes on everyone, and a plan for the order things come out. You point, we carry, and you get your garage back.
What you get with a garage cleanout
You decide, item by item
We go through the garage with you first and sort things into keep, toss and not sure before anything is loaded. Whatever you keep is moved aside and stacked neatly.
Bulky, heavy pieces
Two crew members carry chest freezers, workbenches, treadmills, tool chests and workout equipment along a cleared path. Anything too big for the side door leaves through the main garage door, and nothing gets dragged over your floors.
High shelves and ceiling racks
Bins up high come down one at a time with a ladder and someone spotting. We look at each shelf bracket along the way and let you know if any are pulling away from the wall.
Yard and outdoor gear
We take away dead mowers, edgers and grills. Please bring up any fuel or propane tanks during the call so we can work out how to handle them safely.
A swept floor to finish
When the garage is bare or down to what you are keeping, we sweep the concrete and clear out the bits that pile up behind shelves.
When a garage is ready to be cleared
Your car has been pushed outside
A garage meant for parking that now holds everything except the car can give you back a covered spot once it is cleared.
Piles that tilt or slide
Shoulder-high box towers and sagging shelves can come down on someone, and kids grabbing a bike or ball are the most at risk.
Signs of mice or bugs
Old cardboard and fabric attract mice, roaches and spiders. Taking the clutter away leaves them nowhere to hide and shows you how they got inside.
You have to squeeze to reach the door
If walking through the garage means turning sideways, getting out fast or bringing something in safely becomes a real problem.
Aging chemicals and gas cans
Rusty paint cans, bug sprays and fuel containers do not belong in a garage that bakes all through a Georgia summer. Dealing with them cuts down the chance of leaks and fumes.
What to expect on cleanout day
- 1
Start with a phone call
Let us know what the garage holds and about how packed it is. We cover any items that need extra care, pick a time and can come for a free on-site estimate if you want us to look first.
- 2
Look it over and agree on a price
When we arrive, we go through the garage together, confirm what leaves and quote the price before lifting a thing. Work begins only once you say yes.
- 3
Open a path and start loading
We clear a lane from the garage door to the truck, pad the frame where big pieces squeeze through and remove things in an order that keeps the remaining stacks steady.
- 4
Sweep up and check together
After a sweep, we go through the garage with you one more time so you can be sure everything you wanted is still there.
How a garage cleanout is priced
You hear the price before we start, and there are no hidden fees. It depends mainly on how much room your things take up in our truck and how much work it takes to load them safely.
- How much is going
- A couple of broken things in a corner runs much less than a two-car garage filled to the ceiling.
- What it is and how much it weighs
- Heavy loads such as leftover tile, pavers, tires or a stocked freezer take more work and can cost more to dispose of than boxes or light furniture.
- Reach and layout
- Ceiling racks, narrow side doors and pieces that have to come apart take longer. An open driveway keeps things moving.
- Things that need separate handling
- Fuel cans, some chemicals and appliances with refrigerant have to be dealt with on their own. We'll let you know on the call which of yours fall into that group.
What people ask about garage cleanouts
Something not covered here? (404) 383-7247
Should I sort the garage before your crew gets there?
There is no need. Most people pull out the handful of things they are sure about keeping. We go through everything else with you that day and stack whatever stays in one tidy spot so it does not get mixed in with the haul.
Will you haul away old paint, gas or chemicals?
Some of those take special handling, and a few cannot ride on our truck at all. Mention them when you call and we will tell you which ones we can take and how the rest should be dealt with. Planning ahead beats discovering a leaking can mid-job.
Could the work damage my garage floor, door or driveway?
Heavy pieces are carried, never dragged, bulky ones always get two people, and door frames are padded where the fit is tight. If we notice a weak spot such as a cracked step or a shelf bracket coming loose, we show it to you before we work around it.
How quickly can a crew get to me?
Depending on the schedule, we can often come the same day or the next. Our crews cover College Park plus East Point, Hapeville, Union City and the towns nearby.
Can you clear just part of the garage?
Plenty of people ask for that. You only pay for what leaves on the truck, so we can stick to one wall or one corner. If it grows into something bigger down the road, our basement cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts are done with the same care.
